Saturday February 24, 2018     9:00  AM — 10:00 AM

VENDING EVENT HOURS:
Saturday February 24, 2018     10:00 AM — 5:00 PM

BREAK DOWN TIME:
Saturday  February 24, 2018    4:15  PM

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 2018: Vendor setup: It is important for vendors to come on time and get completely set up within the times allotted for vendor set up (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM). Vendors will be allowed to pull cars along the side of the park (during set up times only) and unload equipment. Once you have all your equipment out of your vehicle you must move your vehicle away from the park. Vendors are required to find their own parking spaces. Once parked you can return to the park and complete your set up. 

​

 

Vendor Break Down: For vendor breakdown, vendors are required to move all equipment to the side of the park. Once all your equipment is ready for pick up you will be allowed to once again pull your vehicle to the side of the park and pick up your equipment.

​

 

Food Vendors: The usage of grease and other such material will be monitored to assure that food vendors have made all the necessary arrangement to safely collect and remove those materials from the park. Vendors are responsible for any damage that is the result of spillage or waste or any other action that results in not properly removing grease and other such materials from the park area.
